There is a stretch of Tasmanian coast where the wind never really stops. Where the water turns iron grey and the horizon disappears into cloud. Tasmania is that coastline distilled: a scent for cold nights, cracked leather armchairs and a scotch poured two fingers deep.

Top notes of black pepper cut sharp against a heart of frankincense, before settling into a rich, smoky leather base. It is sultry without softness, warm without sweetness. A scent for anyone drawn to Bells Beach, roaring coastlines and the kind of cold that demands good whisky.
